Step 2 · Get organized
Apps built for your business.
An app that fits the way you work: customers use it on their phones and you run everything from a dashboard, no spreadsheets or notebooks.
What it’s for
Every business uses it differently. Here are a few examples.
Bookings and calendar
Customers pick the service, day and time. You see each staff member’s calendar.
Members and memberships
Sign-ups, plans, expirations and renewals in one place.
Payments and renewals
Record payments and see who is up to date and who isn’t.
Call scheduling
Organize who to call, when, and what was said in each follow-up.
Staff and shifts
Your team’s schedules, shifts and commissions, without confusion.
Inventory and orders
Track stock and orders so you never run out.
Customer notices
Send hours, promotions or changes to everyone in seconds.
Whatever your business needs
If you do something by hand every day, it can probably become an app.
Real project · Black Fitness
A gym’s app: members, payments and notices.
Black Fitness wanted to stop answering the same questions on WhatsApp and help members know when to renew. We built an app members install on their phone’s home screen.
- Members sign in with their number and a PIN
- They see how many days are left on their plan
- They renew with a WhatsApp button
- They check plans, prices, hours and rules
- The gym records payments and sends notices
FAQ
What people ask us most.
Do my customers have to download it from an app store?
Not necessarily. It can be installed straight from the browser to the home screen, like the Black Fitness app.
Can I start with something simple?
Yes. We start with what helps you most today and add features when you need them.
Does it connect with WhatsApp?
Yes. It can have buttons that open WhatsApp with a ready message, for example to renew or confirm.
Who can see the information?
You decide who can access the dashboard. Customers only see their own information.
